Are there any recurring charges?
No. You pay a one-time fee for the website. There is no yearly renewal, hosting or SSL charge from us. The only yearly cost is your own domain, which you renew directly.
Do I pay anything before seeing a demo?
No. We build a personalised demo of your website for free, with no advance. Other agencies usually take 50% upfront. If you like the demo, we go ahead; if not, you owe nothing.
Do I get the code?
Yes. The full code is handed to you, so the website is truly yours. You can move it to any host, anytime.
What counts as a small change?
A new phone number, a photo, prices or timings, a new service or menu item, a festival offer or a few lines of text. A brand-new page or a redesign is bigger work, and we quote it first.
How do the free changes work?
After launch you get free small changes for one year: 10 with Essential and Premium, 20 with Premium Plus. It ends at your last free change or when the year is over, whichever comes first.

Yes. Registration details and disclaimers get a clear place, usually in the footer and on service pages. You give us the exact wording you are required to show.
Will it work well on phones?
Yes. Every site is designed phone-first, with an app-style menu and buttons that are easy to tap, and we test it on real phone sizes before handing it over.
Do you set up the domain?
Yes. We help you buy the domain in your own name and connect it. You stay the owner.
How do enquiries reach me?
Straight to your WhatsApp. Forms open WhatsApp with the customer's message ready, and nothing is stored on the website.
Can you redesign my old website?
Yes. We rebuild it to be faster, sharper and more convincing, and move it to free hosting with SSL.
